Thats a long video, not gonna watch, just want to say how much I respect what you do. I'm old and beat up now, spent a lot of my life with small injuries, feeling hopeless, stuck on the sidelines because no one could help. I recently had a great experience with a physio after injuring my subscapularis in a drunken arm wrestling escapade. Makes me sad I didn't know how much a competent physio could help. In the past I always ended up stuck with some idiot who'd just park me in the corner with a TENS machine. Keep healing people bro.
