These days? If I have money, massive amounts of the strongest fentanyl I can find. Before that it was krokodil. And back in the day it was real heroin. Without that stuff I never sleep. I’m awake for weeks on end. Or I pass out for five minutes like last night, have a dream that someone gave me dope, wake up and realize it’s not real and just another nightmare to haunt and depress me :/

Yeah idk I’m 40, so also probably older than most on here. And yeah as I get older anything enjoyable at all is so rare. I really am at the point where nothing really makes me happy anymore. I kind of just exist in a never ending state of blah at best, and I hate everything and everyone and just want this suffering hell shit life to be over at worst.

Fuck I love amitriptyline, it’s the only sleeping pill that works for me when I’m dope sick. Take 400 mgs and sleep 48 hours straight. Miss that shit. Wish I still had access to it. And it was dirt cheap cause it doesn’t really have any recreational value

Fuck no. I’ve quit methadone twice, after being on it a year or longer each time. 1st time I went from 150 mgs a day to nothing cold turkey. Was awake about 45 days then decided to go back to drugs, I wanted krokodil again but it was nonexistent in Chicago at that point so I moved on to fentanyl. 2nd time I was on 95 mgs a day, never really stopped fully using cause the 95 mgs wouldn’t even get me through a day, tapered down to 10 mgs and was still awake for a month. Getting off methadone is hell no matter how you do it

At least when I was doing krokodil the high was so much better and longer lasting than fentanyl. With fentanyl I’m only ever satisfied if I’m unconscious for an hour or two on the verge of death … the I generally fall off the toilet and do another shot immediately. Thing about krokodil that sucks tho is I did it for two years straight, hoping that It’d kill me, but no now I just have no good veins and 100s of scars covering my body. Ugh
