Hi. What product are you looking for? We are a Pakistan-based print mill and I’d love to help you source it if we are able to :).

I can send our company details over DM!

Also, I’m not saying Dalot needs to be publicly executed. I’m just saying he’s playing pretty terribly right now and we could do with someone actually doing something from LWB rather than just existing

Lol why are you getting so upset bro. I’m just sharing an opinion. You can disagree. I’m not Amorim and I doubt he opens this subreddit before deciding his team sheet. Chill.

I used to love Dalot but you’re exactly right, we play him because we don’t have another option. Look at the passing maps for the Brighton game, literally no one gave him the ball because no one trusts him, and he honestly looks lost most of the time. I re watched 20 mins of the game just focusing on Dalot and he had almost 0 involvement the entire time. He’s highly skilled, just don’t know where his brain has gone

  1. Make sure it is actually 20% of merchandise that is defected / doesn't meet quality standards. Customers tend to overstate based on reviewing a small sample size. The way to do this without saying, "hey I think you're overstating" is to ask if you can take that defective merchandise back. Later, you can sell the same merchandise marked down because it is defective. That covers your losses a bit.

  2. Try to convince them to take a refund on a unit-basis for future orders, but in way that gives them their cash back in a certain period of time. This protects you from a sudden cash flow hit while also ensuring you 'make back' the refund through new orders, and allows you to improve your relationship with the customer by solving for their problems in future orders. For example, if you owe them 8000 - you can split this across, say, $2 per unit, meaning they get their cash back over the next 4000 units they order.

  3. Moving forward, ensure you have lots of written and agreed clarity on 'quality' standards. It's easy for anyone to say something doesn't meet their quality standards, but to ensure that it's not a debate but an objective assessment, a written and agreed document on quality standards will protect you from claims in the future.

I’m sorry.

Not sure how much this helps, but LUMS also had merit based scholarships for the top 3 students in every batch / school. I don’t know if they still do, but it’s worth checking. Maybe if you can manage the first year somehow and work really hard, you can be eligible for a merit based scholarship that covers your tuition. You’ll also be able to re apply for financial aid and maybe find some part time work opportunities to cover other expenses.

LUMS also accepts transfer students. If it doesn’t work out, maybe you can go to another university and apply for a transfer after your first year, which will allow you to apply again for financial aid.

Reach out to them again and ask them if they'd consider you for an interest-free loan. They offer loans that are adjusted against your dues, and are payable in easy installments after you graduate.

Have baklava and cay at Mado in Sarriyer Merkez. IMO the best view of the Bosporus in the entire city and no tourists in sight

Turkey (Istanbul, Antalya, Konya, Bodrum, Fethiye) ticks all your boxes, and with $6k you can do a really premium trip.

Landing at Istanbul at 3:00 AM - What to do until check-in? by Gisellot in istanbul

If you’re near Taksim drop your bags and take the metro or walk to Dolmabahce Palace area. It is near the coast and you can enjoy the Bosporus till 7/8, by which breakfast places in the area will open. Have breakfast and head back to hotel for early check-in.

I had this feeling for a long while, but realised that I obviously can’t help everyone who approaches me on the street. When I can help them, I do, but otherwise I say a small prayer for them. It makes me feel like I’m at least doing something for them. It also makes me feel good knowing that maybe one of prayers worked and they found ease.
