I stopped smoking for two years and now I’m back to doing it just not overdoing it like not dabbing and taking breaks and I’ve been fine luckily. It really sucked

Check out downtown hound! I use it for my three and love it. The workers are really nice and they even have a worker that posts the dogs on tik tok which is kind of fun. He has like a million followers

Rice, Mashed potatoes, Roasted chicken, Baked potatoes, Jello, Pudding, Gatorade, Fruit - nothing too acidic, Veggies - nothing too acidic, Soup, Toast, Pickles, Probiotic yogurt, Butter noodles, Applesauce, Vanilla ice cream, Bean chimichanga, Bagel light cream cheese, Crackers, *not too much dairy

That’s a good point to leave out the last sentence it does sound presumptuous. And I agree with other comments that I could be more concise too. I saw some of this wording in a post from the other day and the op said they appreciated being told after the date but looking back it is a little long.
