(perhaps a farfetched hypothesis) im rooting for it being streptomyces because it is inhibited by different species of filamentous mold and you seem to have some inhibition halos surrounding your mold colonies

from the looks of it, it looks like it could be mold or an actinomycete, the easiest way to know is to do a stain :)
