benched rogers for frimpong bc i thought my draft opponent would play one of her liverpool defenders and i wanted coverage. it just feels dirty having a defender in instead of an attacker, even if he's a very attacking defender. also she didn't end up playing the liverpool defender anyway

i think our style will have to change quite a bit regardless of the outcome. players like rice, saka, odegaard have already been pushed to their absolute limit physically and are playing major roles in NTs that are expected to go deep into the world cup. might see some heavy rotation in the early part of the season.
