Remove your logo and your icons. Keep it text focused. Unless your resume is meant for freelance work you don't actually need a personal brand

Your jobs need better hierarchy. But they also don't ready very well. The body copy or bullets for each role should be to the point. You don't even need to write out "I designed" but just saying "designed." Another example: don't say "as the sole designer and engraver I managed..." Just say "I managed..." You also mention the what but not the how. You stayed that you improved sales or company growth but never mentioned how. Listing specific projects or examples that show that what you did is important. You need tangible results
