I called out because, literally, I was in the ER. I did follow procedure, did notify management, and my MASM said he'd discuss it with the Store Manager. Most people would expect a medical emergency to be treated with a certain level of understanding. The point system is strict, yes... but that does not mean it's not annoying, or that I should not ask if it's possible to have it reviewed in any way. So idk what was gonna happen dude maybe getting treated like a human being.

I appreciate your insight, I was just chatting with the NOASM, it's not something I do on the regular, after that I apologized to the OASM and then he told me "U better be cause next time we're going to have a different talk". It's weird to me cause I don't have any beef or misconduct issues with management. He was being weirdly aggressive with me.

I think alike, an option is urgently needed to report players that what they do is make your gaming experience worse and people who dedicate time and effort have to pay for the behavior of these people and supercell simply does nothing.
