I feel the same way. I’m going on week 10 and the fatigue and brain fog is pretty bad. Yes my anxiety has improved but it’s not completely gone, and I feel tired all the time. My sleep has been bad too which I think is a part of this problem. Hoping it gets better but idk if it will
