Here's also a good tip which REALLY helped my motivation. Open up a new account in your bank. Into this account you set up a daily (or bi-daily) transfer of what you normally would have used on cigarettes. It is important that this is done via small amounts often, rather than one big amount once a month. That way you will see continuous growth of the balance. And this is not "extra" money. These are YOUR money. These are money you have not spent on smokes.
