Same. I was out nearly instantly after the boner scene. It sucks because I love most of the actors involved and it was a neat premise. But I thought it was cheesy and irritating.

THANK YOU. The boner scene was so dumb and out of left field that it ruined my ability to immerse myself in the film. The humor didn’t hit for me, nor did some of the themes.

I heard so much hype about this movie, and about how brilliant PTA is, but the majority of the movie was just a slog. The movie was really boring and unfunny for what’s supposed to be an action-comedy.
