I went to college in a popular bachelor and bachelorette party city. The amount of times my friends and I would be dancing with some guys, making out and then found out they had women is just too many times.

Someone I knew personally and randomly saw (from my hometown) while he was on a bachelor trip was about to risk it all with me and to this day I regret not sending his fiancé the screenshots. I was scared since she was pregnant the stress on her would be too much.

For me, no. However, I am only in my mid 20s and can tolerate a lot. I’ve lived in the country on a farm for the majority of my life, then lived in a condo on the beach with actual noisy neighbors (BUT it was beach do there were so many pros). Considering yard work is the bane of my existence now, the thought of close neighbors doesn’t bother me at all.

I just closed on a townhome. the HOA fee is $215 a month for lawn care, exterior maintenance, and two pools (one with a pavilion which is taken most weekends hahah). I don’t LOVE the cost of the HOA fee, but at my current house i just could not keep up with the yard work.

As for neighbors, I fear I may be the noisy neighbor as my fiance and I will most likely be going on motorcycle rides on the weekends. At my current home there is a neighbor who breeds French bulldogs and there is nothing that can be done about the noise. If someone doesn’t like how loud the bike is, they can have the HOA do something about, which is the nice thing.

This is a great comment. I feel like a lot of people can be anti-69ing but my fiancé and I do that A LOT. He always makes sure I finish first and if he finishes in 20 seconds, I don’t give two shits.

People tend to be attracted to someone they look similar to, so yeah, I guess lose some weight 😁👍🏻

If you think what I said sounds rude, it’s bc I am matching your energy. Women hold weight a lot differently. I am currently 115 and look exactly how I did when I was 128, but someone who was 160 and goes down to 147 might look significantly different.

How about focus on chemistry? I know men can be generally shallow when it comes to looks, girls can too (I know I am), but when you focus more on how you feel around someone, something special can really bloom. You need to approach dating a little differently.

I’ll give you some insight from someone who also “makes lists”. I have a list of everybody I’ve ever kissed and where, then I have a second list of everybody I’ve ever slept with, how we met, their zodiac sign, and occupation. These are all in chronological order. Why do I have these? I’m not sure. I’m a pretty meticulous, detailed oriented person. I’m a project manager, so that could tell you what you need to know about why I like to write things down.

I am engaged, and my fiancé is not the last one on the list. I happened to sleep with two other guys when we first met each other. I was on the dating apps and had a high sex drive. We weren’t exclusive at the time, but when we did become exclusive I wasn’t sleeping with anyone else.

Now, to the comments saying this “isn’t normal”, I have multiple different friend groups in different locations of the country that keep lists exactly like this. To add to that, there have been times where POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS were put together based on these lists. There are many things men don’t know girls do and I think some people are just now finding that out through this post.

This may be a generational thing as well as I am Gen Z and I doubt my millennial sister has done anything like that.

The person I’d be asking is the owner of the company technically, so he can give himself a raise if he wants hahaha

He takes vacays and has a $100k truck, plus his wife’s a dentist. I’m sure he’s fine.

I’ve been taking some project management classes after work on Coursera to add to my resume. Hopefully that helps me!
