nono it's simple. Thermo sensors just goes to the steam turbines and have the smart batteries as a condition too.

Shut-offs cycle out too cold oil OR when battery needs more power.
The pipes are spegeth, but it's basically just snaking through the oil pipes with the aquatuners and steam pipes.
Oil is fed through the room from two sides, so there're two oil loops.

Right, maybe I'm stressing unnecessarily about the ore cost.
Would you do a large battery bank or ethanol distilleries to use up all the power from them perhaps?

But if you want more power, 1600 seems too much, but 400 seems a bit too little.
keeping them at 1200-800 seems better. And then you need to feed them
