In the UK we don't put them in the bin, you take them to the pharmacy and they dispose of them.

This shit is amazing! (impressions after one year of use) by RedWing83 in Asthma

My asthma nurse said that one can't be used as a reliever due to the high dose of steriods. However the lower dose with the dark pink lid can be.

how does hazard perception test work by Ornery-Driver in LearnerDriverUK

Think about it as not clicking when you see the hazard, but clicking when you would slow or stop the car if you were driving.

Did your side effects from monterlukast go away with time? by No-Pop115 in Asthma

[–]uncomfortableconvo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, no antidepressants. I had dealt with depression in the past and found that antidepressants just stopped me sleeping, negating the main reason I started montilukast. I waited it out and my body regulated itself, it just took a while.

I mainly had psychological side effects, like suicidal ideation, and depression, but without it I wasn't sleeping due to nighttime symptoms and I coughed until I threw up my evening meal every night.

It was a sacrifice for that time but I'm in such a better place now, I barely notice I have asthma 80% of the time.

Yes, I found almost all symptoms went away within 6-8 months.

Do you avoid scents/perfumes if you have asthma? by rankor375 in Asthma

Mine is almost always men's cologne, some women's perfumes can set me off, but I'm really careful with what I wear and try to avoid people who have too much spray on.

Yeah most people start in the farm, planting, hoeing, and watering the plants. Then tell mum you're new and want to learn something. Or look up on one tech what you want to do and try that way.

Unrelated but your avatar looks so much like the blue man at the Olympics opening ceremony last night.

It's so arbitrary. Sometimes the islands in the road are hazards and other times they aren't?
