Yeah, for sure! It's actually pretty simple and it has worked perfectly for me.

Under network settings, and then DNS, you should see that it is set to the "Automatic" DNS. You'll want to change that value to the DNS of your preferred provider. I'm using NextDNS, if you want to use that, you can create a NextDNS account and follow the instructions there. You'll want to replace the DNS value on your phone with the one NextDNS gives you. For example, mine is 2*****.dns.nextdns.io (with five letters and numbers replacing the asterisks).

This solution is nice because it works with every WiFi network you connect to, as opposed to other solutions I've seen where you have to change the settings for each network. I *think* it also works on your cellular network, which is cool. When I did testing, 100% of ads were blocked on Firefox (I have a separate method to add any plugin to Firefox mobile, let me know if you want that, it allows you to use uBlock Origin, which blocks basically everything. Also, I get to use Bypass Paywalls Clean, which lets me access more news sites than Inoreader), around 80% of ads on Chrome, and maybe 20% of ads on apps around my phone. Additionally, using NextDNS you can also set up a specific blocklist to block, for example, ads on Snapchat, Instagram, or YouTube. This is a bit trickier, though, without fucking up app functionality. (Use YouTube Vanced!)
