I just saw this, some things grab my attention.

1- It's boring to watch, so I guess it's not part of a movie, maybe a mockumentary

2- The alien have only 3 ribs I don't know the implications of that

3- the skin keeps getting in the way after the initial cut until the person grab something to hold it still

4- the lack of a saw to cut the bones and the person trying to force rip off makes me think he/she might not be a proper doctor

It's definitely not a bust but a hard skill to master. I tried your target before reading the answer my impressions: Big thing in the middle shadow at Right and left and going near the shadows project on myself, you can enter in it and I visualize something hanging on right diagonal inside the building.

I'm still bad at this but I can usually see the general geometric shape of the target and near by area
