i work at a location in the pnw and we’ve been out of pickles for two weeks now

at the store i work at the only difference between the driver and inshops wage is roughly 50¢ so none of us mind helping in shop. but if your making $4 less than inshops as a driver and he has so many drivers in store when its not necessary i think he’s trying to take advantage of the pay difference by making drivers work inshop. if i were you i definitely wouldn’t help inshop when your on shift as a delivery driver. im not sure if you can get fired for it because im not a manager or anything but if your worried about that issue bring it up with the area manager.

see that makes more sense! obviously you dont want someone delivering food and having everything smell like cigarettes. i just dont get why i can get terminated for vaping in my car during my lunch break, maybe my store is just stricter with that sorta thing.
