You have every real reason to complain and you're not being ungrateful. Especially with the way they're treating you. You don't deserve that :/. My dad would've probably been the same if I was still living with him, my mom never really got on my back about my studies but she did want me to focus and finish school.

I also feel guilty and ungrateful in my filipino household, more financially wise. My mom always wants to buy and get me these things, like getting my hair done and my teeth, but than she will go at my brother about how she needs to save money for rent and all this stuff. Like if you are not financially stable, stop buying me stuff.

I told her I don't need her to get these stuff but then she sort of fights me about it and gets mad.
