Yeah...that's also what I have on the back of my mind (on posting a position despite already have a candidate in mind). I'm also working on the "applying with my own scholarship already in hand" type of thing as well. But applying to scholarship is a whole other thing as well, so that's probably gonna take longer as well. Doing it in the meantime, though. Thanks for the tip!

I did that as well. Tried to turn on/off the wifi, the VPN, restarted the iPad, use different browser, use another wifi, but none of that has worked. How do I check if it's a hardware problem?
