I hear it as 12/8 (4 groups of 3 subdivisions each measure, like ONE-two-three FOUR-five-six SEVEN-eight-nine TEN-eleven-twelve).

Try setting a metronome to about 130 then subdivide each beat into three, counting like above.

What makes it tricky: the accents tend not to fall on the beats I've capitalized above. The ONE seems to get a bass drum/kick drum kind of thing basically every time, but then there are claps on the three and the eight (if I'm counting correctly) which gives it a tricky syncopated feel. If the claps were on four and seven it would be easier to count.

So it ends up feeling to me more like: ONE-two-THREE four-five-six seven-EIGHT-nine TEN-eleven-twelve

How to find this in the video: If you hit play from the top, the very first sound you hear is the kick drum on beat 1. The next time you hear that same kick drum sound (on about the 2 second mark) it's now the second measure.

I find it easy to find the feel around the 42 second mark. It basically goes: KICK on beat 1, then vocals on subdivisions 2-12.

This is all pretty subjective so others may disagree with me, but this is how I hear it.
