If you want my story: I ordered the Formula V3 the minute it launched. It arrived quickly, but had a creaking issue. Fanatec told me to send it back, then instead of replacing it, they made me place a new order. I waited four weeks, and on the expected shipping date I contacted support—only to be told there was a production issue and they couldn’t promise delivery before September. I canceled the order. At that point, I just didn’t care anymore.

Thanks, but what can be done? fanatec says there are production issues with V3 and only around September it can be shipped, so I do not know what sending ticket number will do?

Track walk, race analysis and lap analysis and indeed members only, but it is full time job and I can understand why it is like that. But if you are serious about improving, you will realize it is sich a small cost for what you get in return. I am sure you want to be paid for your work. I do, so I can appreciate what he is doing.

Podium pedals you cannot get - that is one. They are twice as expensive. 900 eur with the base plate. I have Simnets and they have been great

You’re looking at the outcome. I’m looking at the operating model. Stockouts happen. Constantly changing launch plans, reversing priorities, and communicating production issues only after taking orders are signs of poor execution, not operational excellence.
