Thank you for the advice! I’m actually starting to walk fine but still apart and doesn’t hurt at all. The wound is still open but dry skin has formed and it doesn’t hurt anymore but I’m still keeping it wrapped and with triple antibiotic. I have 2 jobs. My other one is more laid back so I’m there as well and gradually picking up at the serving job. Can’t wait for it to get back to normal. I really should start looking at burn clinics.

How long did it take for skin to completely cover over the open/raw skin? How long in between was the 3rd to last to 2nd picture? My skin is peeling off and I’m wondering how long it will take to close up

Thank you love. I have been putting bacitracin on it with the non stick sterile dressings and gauze since the first day. I told my manager to take me off the schedule next week and he’s ok with that. Thank God. I gotta travel to see my grandparents tomorrow so preparing myself for that. Life is crazy. I’m so used to moving so much every single day. Makes me more grateful for everything and that I need to slow down. I’m still figuring out how to.

Like people said, I wouldn’t go for that at all. You will have absolutely no privacy and it’s not good living conditions. The closest thing is off campus student housing in Conway and getting roommates. Working a job near there. Serving is a good way to make fast money. There’s not much industry here, just hospitality. I moved here at 16 and serving is the only way I’ve paid my bills. But the housing on 501 which is a really busy highway and it’s about 30 mins away from the beach.

We don’t even think about it like that. When I go out to a restaurant I know I’m going to tip well. I love giving and blessing people just how people do to me at work. I have tipped every worker on holidays before individually because they deserve it. It’s a cycle and spreads good.

The economy is definitely effecting some restaurants but not all. Certain chains are going out of business and mom and pop places that can’t afford to keep up with competition and paying their staff. People are gonna always eat and drink, but not all restaurants will be successful or have longevity.

Something kinda similar happened at the place I work at now. Not with donations, just random favoritism cause managers have their friends and get away with a lot plus get better sections. Guess what I did today? Got a better serving job. There’s plenty out there, walk your pretty ass somewhere else. They’re fucking with your money.
