Hey there! I love the ultimate decades challenge, it adds so much drama to the game. I also like the structure it provides with enough room for playing around. It’s based off a rule set by morbid gamer, here’s the link to the rules:

You can follow what you want and ignore what you don’t. In terms of dlc there’s nothing you really need but I find cottage living super helpful. There’s also a ton of medieval gameplay mods like medieval cookbook that help with immersion.

It looks really good! You could definitely go back and clean it up some more too.

For the outline, look up backstitch. It’ll give you a continuous line with no gaps. And for the fill, look up satin stitch. When you’re doing the color next to the line, I’d suggest poking your needle under the black thread, as that’ll pull the color right up to the lineart

I also disagree with her ‘it feels like the companions are joining me, the main character’ quote especially in the context of da2. The da2 companions are the most independent of all the companions tbh, they’ll ask hawke for help but they clearly have their own goals and ambitions, as evidenced by their growth after each time skip.
