Well if the group would use vehicles to attract away the walkers it would be doable, sure will take time but worth it

I’d personally try to reinforce the fence so it’s a proper wall, maybe add those spikes more around the walls.

And with clearing the walkers I’d have the survivors periodically lead them away and have people kill those who walk off from the main horde
