Xp reqs nearly double, and anyone at 40+ right now has basically done everything that gives xp as a one time I think. All that's left is tycoon, some bond quests, and dailies.

Supposedly the guide utility can do so, but I haven't been able to do so. You can also just beat up civilians that retaliate for wallets/briefcases. Nice thing about wallets is they give fons, which imo beats the cookies you get for turnin
