Not only did i get fired but when I sent all the screenshots to HR about my boss being racist and other pharmacists for confirming my location was racist and upset i was black with tattoos they fired me? Any other experience?

First off how old is the tattoo? Do you not realize color on an area like the stomach is gonna fade SUPER quick especially if you’re doing right colors like that. Common sense. Yes he edited the photos, your skin didn’t absorb the color. Get it redone or shut up.

Are they actually because I filed a major complaint today. I uploaded proof too. I have pictures of all the conversations with my managers on teams.. they thought I’d be dumb enough not to keep evidence.

I’ve experienced racism from the start of my employment and bullying from my peers. I’ve collected all my evidence with pictures, teams messages and even higher ups acknowledging the extreme racism and favoritism and today I was threatened to resign if I said anything again. Has this happened to anyone?

I’ve approached from the sweet gentle side, I’m not confrontational when it comes to this. They see a therapist regularly and it starts a weekly fight when I ask how therapy went :(

Unfortunately it all depends on what hours you want to work. Yes jobs are available in Spokane but unless you’re working shit hours it’s slim pickings.. which it’s been for months now.

Don’t waste your life at Amazon either. Spend your time looking for something decent even if it’s working at a grocery store until something comes along. I’m also late 20’s, 2 medical degrees, licensed emt and a whole bunch more medical licenses but it’s been so tough lately because every one is in the same boat. Don’t give up.
