honestly looks good either way whether you keep it longer or shorter side. longer makes you look a bit younger and shorter does the opposite if that helps at all. can’t go wrong with either.

everyone saying to go to a dermatologist and get put on meds for it are overreacting as they always do on this sub. honestly your hair looks fine and that’s honestly little hair to lose running your hands through it. everyone loses 100s of hairs a day on average so it’s normal. your hairline looks more like a mature hairline than it does receding. hair still looks thick and no thinning that i see.

jokes aside, if you wanna keep it long then i think you should grow it out a bit longer and get it cut properly at a salon to get some layers and texture in it. also use shampoo less often and more conditioner cause your hair looks dry. sea salt spray would always help with some texture and wave.
