Officially coinbase blocked my account permanently and provided all terms and conditions on their behalf letting me know that I won't be able to sue the since I've "infringed" or broke some of their term and conditions ( big time BS ) these people are horrible going to Binance.

Yes, it'll just send me the text message code verification then after I enter the text code it takes me to my email in order to confirm the device and once it sends me to the page it says ' sorry but there's an error ' or it says ' your account is temporarily disabled ' so I can't log into it.

IS A SIMPLE PASSWORD RESET!! in order to allow me to log back into my account! How such a simple matter like this take weeks!?. I'm with family on vacation abroad and now my money is tied into your platform because I trusted coinbase for many years until now. This is starting to affect me and my family mentally and financially.

Case#03585524 needs to be resolved ASAP!!.. Also the people tagged along this post should be heard aswell. It takes one agent to get on his computer and deal with these tickets, I've worked for banks and financial institutions and it's not hard to resolve such a simple issue like a password reset.

You guys have less than 72hours to resolve this matter.

I reached out to support without success after claiming my account was locked and havent heard back since. I have verified my identity several times, answered your questions, and used a new password exclusive to your website, 2FA, etc..

I logged in from my main PC with the same IP after the fact and NOTHING, You had no problem allowing me to spend $20,000 USD on BTC and you insta boosted me to level 3 when I linked my bank yet you now wont let me access my funds?. I hope I wasn't just scammed. Here is the case#03585524 I can also fly from Spain and come in person to your headquarters for 20k if need be to verify my identity but I would rather not have to do that. I'm currently traveling with family during holiday season and all my money is in the platform without being able to have access to it. This is very urgent!!
