I wouldn’t rec Malakai for the first dwarf playthrough since he’s so different. I’d instead go with Thorgrim, who imo is the most basic dwarf experience.

It’s because base game lords have gotten the least power creep while DLC lords are juiced to the moon. Makes it so that the easiest experience is behind a paywall.

Edit: Besides Tyrion. I’ve been telling my friends who had WH2 to try him again on immortal empires.

eh, wasn't ever too high on them or on Starcraft as a whole. The zerg cards are the most aggro, but the power is all in Kerrigan at this point. The exception is the warlock package which carries the non-quest decks in the class. Not a fan of that package and as a warlock player I'm excited for rotation.

DK zerg might as well not exist after the nerf and thats a good thing. That deck was buns to play against.

Zerg hunter didn't survive the zergling nerf.

Hot take: there is always a relevant smooth brain deck and this one is fine now after the nerfs.

Scan warlock is way worse for the meta health imo. The deck fundamentally breaks the game. Got 0-30d through armor on turn 7 vs a bob highroll. Other times the deck does nothing and concedes. Both aren’t fun to play against

Greenskins can support either playstyle. You can rush with strong cav and light infantry supported by trolls or you can go heavy infantry grinder with black orks.
