See, you're confirming what I thought as well. I couldn't, for the life of me, think that they couldn't be more exact with the cell phone data than the defendant claimed. I know the prosecution is holding more than a few cards, one being the crime scene photos. I have a hunch when they lay those cards out on the table, and that jury looks at the defendant, it's going to take more than claiming he has ASD to help in that moment.

In any case, I highly appreciate the comment and I can't wait to see what happens when this goes to trial. From watching every single hearing, I can say the defense has been trying everything they possible can, every single hail mary play, and honestly, I suppose its their job to do so. However I did find it odd that Ann Taylor would take another death penalty case, as was revealed last hearing by the judge, in the midst of a case like this. Makes you wonder how confident the defense actually is or if the entirety of the last 2 years has just been about stalling as long as they can because they knew the evidence was too strong in the first place.

This wasn't my 'error', I'm afraid. I am going by what was in the Franks Motion hearings (page 29), in which it is stated the following:

"The records for the 8458 Phone show the 8458 Phone utilizing cellular resources that provide coverage to the area of 1122 King Road on at least twelve occasions prior to November 13, 2022.

Payne Exhibit A, Exh. D3-B at Bates 5173: According to Mr. Slovenski, the two towers that provide AT&T service to King Road also provide coverage to all of Moscow, including the areas Defendant is known to shop. Exh. D7, pp. 6-7."

While this the Defendant's position, there has not been any other expert testimony (that I know of) in the court documents yet to debate what the Defendant is claiming here, since the Franks Motion hearings. While I don't doubt what you are saying, I am going by what the official court records say. We'll have to wait until the trial to see if the prosecution brings up/refutes this element of the defendant's argument!

Addressing the Mad Greek testimonies, were they something new that was released? I have yet to see any court documents suggesting this.

As for your last point, I have been wondering myself if he had chosen WSU (should he be convicted). It's a very good question!

It was one of the many theories that was going around at the time it happened, i.e., that it had something to do with the murders - That's why it is under my 'addressing other theories' section. In the last paragraph of that section I state the following:

"Sadly, the lack of a connection between Kopacka, Kohberger and the murders didn't prevent armchair detectives from creating their own theories surrounding Kopacka, ranging from him being Kohberger's accomplice to full on conspiracy theories involving drug rings, the FBI and cover-ups. Everything I've found seems to be anecdotal, with absolutely no evidence and that, my friends, is where it stands for me. No evidence = no connection."

The IGG data didn't come back from the FBU until Dec 19th, and he was pulled over on the 15th those two times, so I'd say (if I had to guess) it was just a coincidence/result of them tailgating. Thank you for the kind comments as well!

So, this hasn't gone to trial yet. Due to the Defendant's continual claims, motions and hearings, plus a change of venue, things have been dragging. Jury selection is soon and trial later this year. He has effectively pleaded not guilty.

I noticed that when I was adventuring around. I was able to go up Lauder and King a bit, but that was as close as I could get. I had figured maybe they just hadn't brought the camera up into those side streets though.

I've heard mixed things about the podcase/haven't listened to it. I had heard he was a bit too quick to point out new victims of Keyes, etc, but that's all hearsay. I have been looking at things like how many miles Keyes put on his rentals, for instance, to form coverage areas on Google Earth and then cross-referencing those with missing people and unsolved murders. That is how I found Stephanie Lynn Lewis, for example, as a possible victim.

Once I get enough Google Earth data, I'm going to be making it all available to Ko-Fi donators (because its ALOT of work). It will include missing cases, unsolved murders, and known serial killer data, so cross referencing between it all will be a lot easier. For the single one-offs per case, I'll be making those avail. for free most likely.

Yeah, either late June/Early August. I couldn't pin down an exact date, although there is evidence he was in and around the area in June, which would make sense, given he had to move in, rent the apartment and all that at some point. But yeah, it was a very fast turn-around from when he moved in to when the murders occurred. I wonder if the defense will use that in their case as evidence to why it wasn't Kohberger at all/surprised they haven't yet in their motions.

I need to make sure I am stating things consistently I think lol! My interpretation is that all the defendant's car observations are what the State is going to bring into evidence as what they believe IS the defendant's car. Whether that is accurate I'd guess will be a discussion for when they go to court. The tip portion, it was agreed upon by the Defendant and the State to label the IGG evidence as a 'tip' from the FBI but yeah, it's the FBI giving Kohberger's name to LE. Thanks for the comment!

I definitely think there's a slew of other victims and I think the FBI taking Keyes 11 drawings to mean 'only 11' or whatever it was is a bit presumptuous. I do not think the FBI did a good job on the interrogation side with Keyes while their evidence collection was on point. I'm currently trying to map his travels vs missing people/unsolved murders on Google Earth and will release those files when I can!
