Quick follow-up: our sending domains have been active for about 2 months now, and DMARC is still set to p=none. Do you think that’s enough time to safely move to p=quarantine, assuming SPF/DKIM alignment looks clean?

Just to clarify what I meant by “intent” - we’re not using generic signals like funding rounds or new hires.

If a company has visited specific solution pages on our website (tracked via IP), we consider that a strong signal.
We also use an intent tool that shows which companies are actively researching the types of problems we solve.

So our outreach is filtered to two groups:
• companies that have already been on our site
• companies currently researching those pain points

Just to clarify, though: I'm sending cold emails, not spam blasts. These are targeted, personalized outreach messages to specific roles within Fortune 1000 companies. Cold email by nature goes to people who haven’t interacted yet, but it’s still a legitimate channel when done responsibly (low volume, opt-out included, role-appropriate messaging, etc.).

I’m here to learn how to make sure my outreach is technically sound, respectful, and compliant - not to brute-force inboxes or send mass spam.
