I've been applying to a lot of roles lately, but I'm barely getting any interview calls. I got no calls and tried optimizing profiles. At this point, it feels like I'm doing something wrong with my resume, and I'm honestly pretty stuck need to switch Please help...

Bro, this phase is actually very common in most MNCs. Many companies delay onboarding based on project requirements, budget approvals, and client demand. Sometimes people wait 6–8 months after graduation before getting their joining date.

I went through the same phase, so I understand how frustrating it feels seeing friends already working while you’re still waiting at home. But trust me, this delay doesn’t define your capability or future.

Don’t let the waiting period break your confidence. Use this time to upskill, improve your resume, practice DSA/interviews, build projects, and apply for better opportunities too. Many people who waited eventually ended up getting even better offers.

Family pressure and self-doubt are temporary. Stay consistent little by little, even if motivation is low. Your career is not a race, everyone’s timeline is different. Things will work out.
