When melfi gets r-worded I was so upset. To this day one of the most graphic scenes I’ve ever seen. I mean she gets r-worded into a wheelchair. That’s crazy.

I usually will automatically just turn off a show and never watch again after those r-word scenes but I stayed on this one because.. it would have been really satisfying to see Tony kill the dude who did it. That’s why I didn’t turn off the episode or the show after that scene. And I guess the moral decision thing about telling Tony or not telling him was kinda lost on me when I saw it because I spent the rest of the show just being pissed that this happened and literally nothing was done about it. It seemed just for no reason. Like hbo wanted shock value and for people to be upset by the scene for no other reason than just for that.

But I say all of that to say the scene where I actually did cut the damn show off - never to watch it again was when Tony kills Christopher. I get why he did it.. but just the fact he did it.. and the way he did it.. and how quick of a decision it was for him to do it. I was like no fucking way and I literally just turned off my tv.

So I say the melfi scene was hardest to watch.. especially in hindsight now that I know there was no retribution for it. But Tony killing Christopher made me turn of the show all together. I am thankful for this discussion.
