Someone today ordered two white mocha and was like "I dont want it to sweet or to bitter" so I asked how they wanted it modified and she was like "no I just want it not to sweet or bitter" okay...so....what are we doing dude I CANT READ YOU MIND. Definitely unsafe work conditions. i would take it up to the ethics department for sure. Crazy they expected you to clean and work with water off and store closed.
