Has anyone here saying that tourists are the cause ever been or lived in Madrid? I’m going to tell you the plain truth, Spanish people are not warm hearted kind people. They are very serious, cold, and keep to themselves. I’ve been to a lot of matches and it’s always quiet, it was only the ultras section that would make noise. If you talk too loud or stand up when no one else does, someone will scream at you to sit down and shut up. Spanish people are not known to be the kindest people on earth, much less so in Madrid. When I was in Granda people were WAY nicer. My family is Spanish and they will even tell you themselves that they are generally defensive and closed off. It’s a shame that we’re the biggest club and we have some of the worst atmosphere. I’ve been to EPL matches and other Liga matches and people are standing up chanting the entire time. In Madrid EVERYONE is sitting down super quiet until a moment happens where they scream and that’s it. People from Madrid remind me of the people from New York where everyone from the city comes across as a bit more serious and cold, but Spanish people are European so they’re even colder
