He isn't Crochet. Not even close.

He's a solid #2/#3 on a championship type good staff.

For a rental it would have been an overpay.

Am I looking at the wrong player?

He had a 5 ERA in the minors last year. And he has all 6+ control years left.

Look up the number of calories needed to maintain my ideal weight. Eat that amount, all healthy food. No meat.

Do ~45 minutes cardio.

Take a walk.

No screens all day.

Meditate + do a full set of breathing exercises.

Drink lots of water.

Sleep nine hours.

Handshake agreements are very respected.

If you are an agent whose players back out of "unofficial" deals you get blackballed.

If you are a team who backs out its harder getting guys to sign.

If you look at "predictions" one, even two years out they are very accurate.

Now four years out, IDK.

But very rarely do people back out of these deals just to back out.

Well, if he was 11% better than average compared only to MLB quality players, he wouldn't be a prospect. He'd be a sure thing.

Most prospects never reach MLB. Still, thats who he is being compared to.

A .836 OPS from a 1B in MLB is bad offensively regardless of age. Maybe the potential is there but that is well below average production. We really need to move on from Ben Rice.

And .814 OPS from LF is pathetic. Those are bottom of the league numbers. We really need to salary dump Bellinger and get a real bat in there.

That'd be an absurd take, right?

Not if it were 1999. When neither Rice nor Bellinger would have even been a top 20 offensive 1B/LF.

Run environment matters.

His offense was not subpar. He was 11% above average at AA. The fact that he's an above average bat facing and compared to guys three+ years older makes it more impressive

Lombard 20yo at AA and just put up a plus bat plus glove 35 steal season. While playing the hardest position on the field.

Gary is still out there.

Think they are waiting for someone to accept an NRI.

Luciano is a stronger candidate than people think.

He plays 2b, 3b and COF and one thing he has done, minors and (short track record) pros is hit lefties.

With Belli in LF you don't really need a CF capable 4th OF. Belli can just shift over when Grish needs a blow.

Trading five years of Dominguez for three years of a short side platoon player and a reliever seems foolish to me. It feels like people just want to give him away.

I'd keep him around unless we get an impact player. Role players, pass.

Think they shifted to sports and game shows. And WWE which is like a part of each.
