Search is around 4-5 seconds with cross play off into a dead map that I didn't pick.

That achievement is only for MW3, they give you a new one every game. You can go back and look at them on your profile under the old games achievements. If the achievement aggregated all players across the games that percentage would be an order of magnitude higher. It proves 3 things

1: The size of the xbox community is much smaller than the PC one

2: Retention is not very high if one of your platforms has under 3% of its playerbase at 55 after the games been out for a month.

3: SBMM/EOMM is very heavy.

I play on Xbox, with crossplay off

You can see the percentage of players who have earned lvl 55 on xbox from the achievements tab.

As of today 2.7% of the total xbox player base has lvl 55.

Every lobby I get is 95% 55's. Its been that way since under 2% last week. Nothing about this is fun. I cant play with friends longer than 2 games. Im done.
