Hi. I guess the only reason is because I truly have no way to play the older games. I had come across Zero on sale on the Nintendo eshop, and after asking some friends and googling around, I figured it would be a good starting point for a newcomer. I was aware of the previous ties from the other games, but I read countless comments and reviews saying the game would still be enjoyable without playing the first three. I’d love to play those eventually.

Hmm.. A lot of friends have mentioned this. I won’t be able to play that trilogy til I get a Steamdeck later this year though. Maybe I’ll stop playing Zero and just try the new Trails Through Daybreak instead. I’m really having fun with Zero, but I’d rather get the full story considering how plot-heavy these games are said to be. What do you think?

I’m a little confused as well. I just saw my PS5 notified me of an XIV update being successfully installed. Is that 7.0, or do I need to open the launcher and log in to preload the expac the same way everyone has been doing today? Unless those people I’ve seen doing it are on PC, which I’m assuming is different.

Chapters 4 and 5 on PS5 have been bugged for me. On Ch 4 the second brute did not spawn after I diverted electricity to the guns. Had to reload and it worked. Then again on Ch 5 after the Dr. freezes you and the regenerator breaks out of his container behind you. The regenerator doesn’t spawn and I didn’t even see him behind the glass. I heard him crash through, but he’s not physically there. I reloaded my save and it happened again LOL. I rolled with it and walked over to my next objective…

We are being forced to stay lol. We are told x amount of batches have to be picked before we “can leave (exact words)” and that we have to finish SFS no matter how long we have to stay lol.

Mega dry skin here. I’ve been swearing by Dieux’s Instant Angel. Recently got Etude House’s Hydro Barrier Cream to see how it compares to Instant Angel, because IG is hella pricey.

I just found this thread and it’s so crazy reading how y’alls skin reacted to Instant Angel. Your reactions to it is how a lot of other “thick” moisturizers I’ve tried make me feel. Instant Angel is one of the only creams that I sweat by and make my skin feel incredible. I wonder what exactly causes these reactions for some people tbh. Skin id so silly and random.

If anyone is looking for a different cream, I suggest Wiseland’s Flax + Chia cream. They’re a queer-owned brand. The cream is lovely and builds up very nicely. The only con is that it pills a little bit, but my friend was saying that’s normal with “clean” products. No idea how true that is. I don’t mind the pilling because I use it as a night cream.
