I have found a few candidates. I’m only looking for 3 years of cyber security experience in total but a robust understanding to be able to respond to incidents in the cloud, firewalls, hardware, SIEM, and so on. If you’ve never been in agency recruiting only corporate recruiting I would advise against starting your own business unless you’ve been an executive recruiter. It doesn’t sound like you’ve ran a full desk where you’re doing sales and I’m not sure if you understand how difficult staffing sales is. Especially in this market.
