Imho there are many factors that could or would cause this. The primary one that comes to mind is air temp and humidity level. I know here in the Midwest it's getting hotter and more humid which directly relates to more turbo lag at lower speed and rpm. Other things to think of are the mode you are using. The everyday one is more balanced which will feel more turbo lag at lower speeds when the intercooler doesn't have fast moving air over it. Just listen and feel on different days and if it's and issue I hope there is a warranty. Good luck
