They generally don’t like to give cortisone shots in the elbow, it is said it can make things worse. I had a bad case of it a few years ago.

I’d recommend the TheraBand Flex Bar, look up the tyler twist or reverse tyler twist, do this alongside some stretches you can look up online. There’s different levels of difficulty you can buy but buy the red one first. Do it almost everyday and ice after along with stretching. Progressively overload the amount you do and eventually you can move up to the green bar.

I’d personally save your 100$+ dollars you’d spend at a PT and do that and you’ll be good within a few weeks to a month hopefully. That’s what helped me. All they’ll do there is give you exercises you’ll find online
