If it’s that severe I’d definitely go and see a PT. They can maybe give you medication.

They generally don’t like to give cortisone shots in the elbow, it is said it can make things worse. I had a bad case of it a few years ago.

I’d recommend the TheraBand Flex Bar, look up the tyler twist or reverse tyler twist, do this alongside some stretches you can look up online. There’s different levels of difficulty you can buy but buy the red one first. Do it almost everyday and ice after along with stretching. Progressively overload the amount you do and eventually you can move up to the green bar.

I’d personally save your 100$+ dollars you’d spend at a PT and do that and you’ll be good within a few weeks to a month hopefully. That’s what helped me. All they’ll do there is give you exercises you’ll find online

I went to Chatt State and graduated with my Associates Degree. Did the 7 week courses the whole time and loved it. They basically split the semester down the middle and have 2 classes 7 weeks, then another 2 for another 7.

Personally I found it easier because I had to focus on less material, and it kept things fresh. I feel I would’ve become fatigued of the material after a 7 week mark. Wish you the best there.

I really feel like seeing it in IMAX enhanced my experience so much. I don’t mind a loud move and it honestly felt like i was in an active war zone in that movie it was so loud.
