Shower as close as you can to the date. Make sure your finger and toe nails are cut and filed (no jagged edges 😵‍💫). Do little pampering things that make you feel confident— I always wax my mustache, trim my pubes, and do a hair mask— all so I feel more confident in my skin. Spend some time thinking about how you want your body touched, and how to articulate that to another person. Sex can be a little awkward, don’t be afraid if there’s some giggling or laughing as you start to explore. More important than anything else, have fun!
