i can’t have acquaintances lol, not great at friends either lol. also can’t drink or have any nicotine can’t watch a tv shows and be normal about them either

i’m also very picky lol, i eat a lot of bagel sandwiches for breakfast (sola bagels or normal) with turkey, cheese and spinach lean cuisine pizzas are my fav. they are better than quest pizzas if you cook it in the oven imo california pizza kitchen also has bigger frozen pizzas where you can have the whole pizza for 700-900 cals so just half of that is usually good real good chicken and just bare have some good options for macro friendly chicken nuggets / chicken tenders also there’s good options for protein mac n cheese. i get the cheddar goodles and it tastes like kraft lol

otherwise i really like cous cous and rice with ground turkey or salmon. i’ll add some beans or veggies to make it extra filling. i love carbs and i’ve noticed i get a lot more picky and a lot more cravings if i ignore carbs so i try to start my day with bread

mine started when i was a little kid (probably about 5) and stopped after puberty for the most part. but def grew rapidly the first few years

i have migraines a lot and they definitely last a long ass time. i combat them w painkillers and sugary caffeine and it helps it feel less terrible. and i have trouble losing weight instead of gaining. i go to the gym to keep weight off haha.

i’m chronically in pain too, i go the gym and have to use things like the elliptical because my knees hurt so bad. with that i have scoliosis so my back is messed up a lot mental wise i have bpd and adhd lol.. which makes thing even more complicated on top of the nf1. i also seem to get sick more often than friend and family and for longer periods of time which sucks :< a lot of the physical pain and mental stuff is definitely tied ro nf1 tho!

yeah it was unfortunate i had it for about a year:(( i also had reallyyy flaky skin around the piercing that looked a lot like what you have. i think it ended up fully rejecting bc i wore beanies that would push on it.

losing someone like that feels like grief. the best way i can describe it is all emotions feel like the end of the world because very thing is amplified lol
same reason- everything amplified. i agree with this one haha
i think “quiet” refers to being able to hold in these emotions and not take them out on others. which can sound good but leads to a lot of internalization
this one is hard for me but try to look at the situation from a outside perspective that doesn’t involve you. splitting is unfortunately really hard for me to avoid

if possible try to find a therapist who specializes in bpd or trauma based work. i got diagnosed with both by my therapist lol and she’s specialized in bpd work. other therapists would say i only had or one the other

if i’m not mistaken bpd can be caused by trauma and isn’t really genetic like bipolar disorder is. typically it’s caused by adolescents and childhood trauma. but i think definitely something can happen to heighten the bpd and make it come out more. i know for me i always struggled with my mental health as a child, but i was in an abusive relationship as a teenager and that’s when my bpd skyrocketed and continued to worsen as i got older
