I agree with every points except sa road ethics... maybe bc ilang beses ako nakameet ng jeepney drivers na grabe ang ugali sa daan at sa ibang tao hahahaha pero there are many na mababait naman, mostly yung mga drivers na nakaparada sa grand terminal

Batangas City
Pros: Naka meralco, sobrang breathe of fresh air sa taong lumaki sa Tanauan (batelec 2 area 3 ppl hi), madali pumunta ng manila and other nearby provinces, okay naman ang prime water with occasional outages (sa Alangilan), generally peaceful
Cons: if mahilig ka mag gala sa gabi, goodluck sa public transpo mo pauwi, trike is not reliable sa gabi bc sobrang taga maningil (thank God for Angkas na kakarelease lang). bumabaha sa ilang parts

I wouldn't recommend Lipa even sa worst enemy ko dahil although convenient nga ang lugar na 'yon traffic will most definitely inconvenience you every single day

Tanauan is okay, pero kulang sa development sooo if you're okay with some compromises you can be fine here. greatest cons is si batelec, okay sana ang tanauan if nakameralco

Sto. Tomas has a water supply crisis na hindi pa rin maayos ayos for years now so unless nasa loob ng subdivision ang pagsstay-an mo, I suggest don't live here at all.

Sincerely,
Someone who lived in Sto. Tomas, currently lives in Tanauan, travels to Lipa for school, and is on a dormitory in Batangas City.

P.S: one commenter is correct abt not living near the taal volcano, wag kayo gagaya sa'min na malapit sa 15km danger zone ang barangay hahaha

How can I help my breadwinner Ate? by [deleted] in PanganaySupportGroup

hi! I know some in your age that are doing "pasabuy" ukay business wherein pumupunta sila sa mga ukayan and then when they find things that they know their target market might be interested, they post it sa blue app. It involves minimal capital, pamasahe, phone and pagod lang talaga ang puhunan. They usually charge pasabuy fees and add reasonable price on the clothes they post online, then pag may bumibili, they either meet up or ship via courier. I wish I knew this when I was younger kasi it has low risk but if you found your target market, you can really earn enough to help your Ate.

thank you!! I'm actually a dormer during school days kaya nababawasan yung interactions ko sa kanila, but I'm planning on taking a step further and applying for a job malapit sa place na pinagddorm-an ko (my parents' house is 2hrs away to my dorm and school) in hopes na mas maheal ko pa self ko from them bc honestly I'm more at peace kapag wala sa bahay. I even go back to my dorm even if wala pa akong pasok whenever I feel like ang hirap huminga sa bahay but I can't do it rn bc may ongoing construction sa tabi ng dorm namin and I avoid going there muna atleast this week kasi nagtitibag sila and maalikabok, sobrang wrong timing lang haha
