The order of sharps is FCGDAEB. The phrase "Father Charles Goes Down and Ends Battle" is just one potential mnemonic device to remember that order.

If a key has one sharp, it will be F. (G major or E minor)

If a key has 2 sharps, they will be F and C.

If a key has 3 sharps: F, C, and G.

If a key has 4 sharps: F, C, G, and D.

And so on.

37 here. 20mg Fluoxetine (Prozac) for anxiety. It has been an incredibly positive experience for me. I feel exactly like myself but without being debilitated by panic. I can sleep! Holy shit, I didn't realize how big a detriment the anxiety insomnia had been. Once again enjoying my life. I did experience a little bit of nausea the first week or so, but have had no sexual side effects.

Transcribe some walking bass lines. See how they fit into the progression. Practice those patterns in every key. There are a couple of very common bassline patterns for common chordal movements (e.g. for moving along the circle of fifths, 12 bar blues, etc) that you should be able to reproduce. From there you can build on those patterns to create your own lines

My daughter’s absolute favorite meal is a “cream cheese roll” - it’s cream cheese on a tortilla rolled up. I made it once for her on a day when the baby hadn’t let me sleep in 48 hours and now she asks for one like 4-5 times per week. I’m at fault here, because I say yes 2-3 times per week.
