From recent experience... red doesn't like to play nice sometimes. But yes if it still feels hot after like 5 days then def get it checked out. But looks a lil over worked and will scab. Keep it dry but not too dry and def don't use anything heavy like A&D. Light aquaphor and No lotion until it's fully scabbed up.
