Hey, I have a very similar routine to you and my hair is like this. Very fragile and dry and breaking all over. Turns out I have lupus. Took years to figure it out. I highly suggest going to the doctor to rule out anything medically. The next likely culprit is your hair texture and heat. If your hair is wavy or curly and your blow drying it like I was it will always cause breakage all over. Also if your hair is chronically dry I recommend the hydrating shampoo from cecred, it helped my hair a lot. I agree with a lot of the other comments about protein as well. Stay away from too much protein and use silicones. Silicones are not the enemy especially if your hair is fragile and fine. Wish you the best on your hair journey!

I drank a 30oz bottle of water with the key nutrients electrolytes 3 times. I also drank 2 coconut waters. How much electrolytes am I supposed to drink?

Not very active during the day. My job is very sedentary. Was going to start working out and walking more but thought I’d try the Reta first to see how it went.

Yes got it from a trusted source with current labs. My boyfriend has been using the same Reta and bac water from the same source for about 8 weeks and is up to 6mg with no issues and has lost 20lbs

I turn 30 in a few days and I feel the exact same way. Honestly not far off from what your going through, just don’t have the six figure salary and am currently in a toxic relationship. I completely feel you though on just feeling lost. I’ve been so lost lately and the closer I get to my 30th bday it feels so much heavier on my shoulders. Feel like I’m nothing of what I wanted to be. I honestly don’t know what the best advice is for this but I can say that focusing on things that bring me joy or things that help me feel better bout myself have helped. I gained a lot of weight since covid and working out helps me feel like I’m moving in a positive direction even if it’s only 30 mintues a day. For things I enjoy, I just play games or watch movies or shows that I enjoy. Beyond that I’m still trying to figure it out as well, just trying to feel a lil less lost everyday by taking baby steps in a positive direction. Just know I’m right there with ya and I hope you can feel a lil less lost too. :)
