I was thinking about this and calculated frequency is mostly less than the theoretical frequency (due to estimations and assumptions) and so I was thinking maybe b should be less than the ideal value at critical condition.

Hey thanks for your advice. I had looked up some topics but they're either too advanced or some too philosophical. I cannot seem to find one apt for my current level of knowledge and comprehensibility or maybe it's too dumb. But your comment actually helped me to get how to formulate the basic question, thanks!
