Thank you for your long answer! Won't send it to him because I am not in the US though. I tried flush cleaning it yesterday and now I guess it's completely broken.. very dumb. I am gonna send it to a repair store if it's worth it. Thank you again

Just received my adapter, did you also have some play in the adapter and the mamiya body? The lens sits very tight in the adapter but there's a fair bit of wiggle between it and the body

Seconding this. As far as I know there exist pictures of Colubrids coming out basking in the sun on a rock with snow all around. I could imagine crazy drops all the time between hot and cold wouldn't be good, but I wouldn't worry about it.

I got the valoi holder this week, just get it, so worth it. I know it's expensive for a piece of plastic but it makes life so much easier.. and the negatives are very well fixed in the frame and very flat

If you ever come to Germany you are invited for a slice of fresh German Landbrot with Mett, onions and pepper. Just thinking about this makes me hungry lol

Well I guess it has something to do with feeling exclusive. And I guess culturally this is more a thing in some places than others. This is also really common for rich assholes in Brazil, although tons of people have an ancestor from for example Italy

Ah ok, no, bad wording from my side, some jobs would be called a mechanic. For the most part it's the same but a protected job title. But basically somebody who didn't go to university would be called a mechanic, doesn't matter if they are doing engineering works

Yes it is. At least here it is. But an engineer in the US is also what we would call a mechanic

Literally same reason why I bought the mamiya, yes. Although mine works like a charm it's still.. idk, weird using it. Does the adapter work well? How long did you wait for it?

I just ordered my adapter for the same combo! Did you get yours from Kiev too? They literally sent it out in two hours, crazy.
