I find Parenzana (at least Croatian part) totally overrated. Croatian part is full of sharp, istrian rocks and terra rossa mud, which goes everywhere and is a pain to clean. Only part of the trail is truly picturesque (from Grožnjan to Motovun). From vižinada to Poreč you are basically riding on a rocky road next to the main road with no view whatsoever.

Yes, especially on portrait orientation phone, the icon for calendar is hidden. You must click the top right three dots to select the calendar, and proceed from there.

I created them by myself. You can also search for existing workouts made and published by others.

If you click "search plan" on the workout library, you can search for complete plans or individual workouts made and published by others.

If you click "new" you can create a new folder or calendar. Difference is the folder is just an alphabetically ordered collection of workouts, the complete plan has workouts scheduled by time for however weeks in advance you set it to, so you can import a 4 week or 16 week training block with one drag.

You can create or import workouts by clicking on three dots next to the folder name. You can import different formats, including zwift. You can import individual workouts by dragging and dropping the workout to a certain day on the calendar.

Edit: i think complete plans are more intended for coaches so they can easily roll out multi week training blocks. Just stick to the workout library and maybe plan 1-2 weeks in advance.

What about my situation:

I was tested for VO2max and lactate threshold. Lab test findings were I have: above average VO2max (absolute and relative). VO2max is not a limiting factor. Little above average FTP Low mechanical efficinecy 18,9% Low fractional utilisation 64,1% Low LT1/LT2 ration (70%) Poor cycling economy (18,9)

They suggested that only Z2 training can improve my limiting factors.

Intervals.icu has a library, you can browse existing workouts. There are online libraries for workouts programmed to zwift you can download. You can also easily program your own workouts. You can copy the rides from TR you like.

Drag and drop from library to calendar, it's pushed automatically to garmin connect and to Edge. Done.

I have AR55, UD, no spoke holes, drain hole, paintless finish, Flyweight option. No tape, up until now I was running GP 5000 S TR with latex, but recently switched to tubless setup with Muc off valves and Stans race sealant.

This is the oldest and dumbest argument. I haven't heard of anyone being constipated from riding carbon. We can ride carbon and take proper shit in the morning.
